The Oakland County Bar Association presented “Tax Considerations in Mergers and Acquisitions” on Thursday, Jan. 18, at the OCBA?offices in Bloomfield Hills. The seminar covered basic tax considerations for attorneys and CPAs engaged in mergers and acquisitions transactions of all types and sizes.
