The Michigan Mortgage Lenders Association (MMLA) will present a "Legislative & Regulatory Update Webinar" on Wednesday, April 28, beginning at noon via Zoom.
The program will discuss current legislation and regulatory changes that impact mortgage businesses.
It will also explore the current administration changes and what that will look like going forward under the Biden administration.
At the state level, the speakers will look at proposed Michigan bills and the changes resulting from COVID-19 related legislation and relief payments.
Speaking at the webinar will be Pete Mills, Mortgage Bankers Association, senior VP Residential Policy & Member Engagement; and Tabitha
Zimny, Karoub Associates, partner.
The webinar is free to current MMLA members. Non-members can pay $20 to participate.
