Michigan Super Lawyers magazine has named 12 attorneys from Plunkett Cooney to its 2021 list of “Super Lawyers.”
Receiving special recognition by the magazine with inclusion among the state’s top 50 women lawyers are Mary Massaron and D. Jennifer Andreou. Massaron has been included among the top 50 for the 15th consecutive year. Andreou, who serves as a leader of Plunkett Cooney’s Medical Liability Practice Group, once again joins the top 50 list of women attorneys, her seventh such honor during the past 12 years.

New to the list this year are Rochelle L. Clarke and Katherine M. Nighswander. A Bloomfield Hills attorney and co-leader of the firm’s Governmental Law Practice Group, Clarke was selected for her civil litigation defense experience. Nighswander, an attorney in the firm’s Bloomfield Hills office, was selected for her insurance coverage expertise.
To be considered a Rising Star, candidates must be either 40 years old or younger or licensed to practice for 10 years or less.

She provides clients with comprehensive and tailored estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, and powers of attorney. Fox also handles a variety of probate and estate and trust administration matters.
Additionally, she has experience in the preparation of state and federal estate tax returns.
Prior to joining Howard & Howard, Fox spent several years at a large Chicago law firm where she gained experience in all matters relating to trust and estate planning and administration. Before entering private practice, she worked as trust administrator with JPMorgan’s high-net-worth group in their private bank.
