Firm launches rebrand with new website, brand identity

Intellectual property law firm Brooks Kushman PC recently unveiled a new brand that reflects the firm’s strong belief that the most effective IP solutions come from putting great minds together—by working cohesively with its clients and becoming an extension of their team. This belief is articulated in the firm’s new positioning statement: “Fueled by Relationships.”

The firm’s modern brand is visually exemplified by a new logo featuring a modern B, and a magenta and black color palette. A redesigned website (www.brookskushman.com) also conveys the firm’s focus on collaborative, innovative thinking with its clients. The redesign also reflects another core value of the firm—its commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

“We have grown significantly, both in terms of new offices and talented professionals, and it was time for our brand to grow with us,” said Sangeeta Shah, CEO of Brooks Kushman. “It is fitting that a focus on ‘Relationships’ is the cornerstone of our new brand. Close relationships are the fuel that ignites the strongest thinking from both our clients and our internal teams.”

Brooks Kushman’s rebranding process involved gathering data and insights from internal stakeholders and clients in order to bring to life key strengths and points of differentiation through the new brand and website, including the firm’s tenacious focus on helping clients maximize the value of their intellectual property assets.

“Our new brand and website launch is the culmination of lots of hard work by our internal team and external partners,” said Chief Marketing Officer Ryan Pasquali. “This new brand is a more relevant and dynamic representation of who we are, what we do, and how we do it—always in collaboration with our clients. That’s what fuels us, and fuels results for our clients.”
