NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF NORTON SHORES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of three public hearings to be held by the Norton Shores Planning Commission Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at 5:30 P.M. in the Community Room, Norton Shores Library, 705 Seminole Road, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding the following requests:
1. Jeff & Greg Bohn, the property owners, are requesting a land division at 6126 Lake Harbor Road.
2. Jones Investing LLC, the purchasing party, is requesting a land division at 2858 Continental Street.
3. 3rd Coast Motors, the tenant, is requesting a Special Use Permit for a used car dealership at 6520 Schamber Drive.
