NOTICE OF COUNTY ROAD ABANDONMENT
SHERINGER ROAD
At a regular meeting of the Board of County Road Commissioners of Muskegon County held on November 15, 2023, the following described road rights of way were absolutely abandoned and discontinued as public rights of way, pursuant to MCL 224.18:
Sheringer Road, the eastern one-half mile along the east-west quarter line of Section 7, the western one-half mile along the east-west quarter line of Section 8, Township 9 North, Range 15 West, Sullivan Township, Muskegon County.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF NORTON SHORES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held by the Norton Shores Planning Commission at a scheduled meeting on Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at 5:30 P.M. in the Community Room, Norton Shores Library, 705 Seminole Road, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding the following requests:
1. The Muskegon County Water Resources Commissioner, Brenda Moore, is requesting three land divisions for 3471 S. Getty St, 3492 Wayne St, and 3584 Airline Rd.
2. Roosien & Associates, on behalf of the property owner, is requesting a Special Use Permit for an outdoor storage area at 6905 Grand Haven Rd.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of one public hearing to be held by the Norton Shores Zoning Board of Appeals at a meeting Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at 5:30 P.M. in the Community Room, Norton Shores Library, 705 Seminole Road, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding the following request:
1. Mike & Sue Pelfresne are requesting a Variance to place a garage addition to be 4'9" from the side property line a deviation of 3'3" from the required minimum side yard setback as required by City Ordinances at 1467 Forest Park Rd.
