NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION
CITY OF NORTON SHORES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Norton Shores City Council, at a regular meeting of September 6, 2022, adopted the following amendments:
Ordinance #837 – Rezone property at 3732 Wickham Drive from CR-6 Clustered Single Family Residential to R-3 Single Family Residential.
Ordinance #838 – Amending Code of Ordinance Chapter 20, Article II, Sec. 20-25 and 20-26 adding language to provide the Building Official, Zoning Administrator, Fire Chief and respective designee(s) the authority to issue municipal infraction notices and citations for violations.
The ordinances are available in its entirety at the City Clerk’s Office, 4814 Henry Street, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m
