The State Bar of Michigan’s Environmental Law Section is proud to have a presence at the Brownfields 2023 Conference taking place Aug. 8-11 and Huntington Place Convention Center, 1 Washington Blvd. in Detroit
ELS Council member Nicholas Maloof and fellow panelists will provide a deeper dive of their Summer Program presentation “Overcoming Brownfield Developments’ Negative Equity for a Win-Win Outcome: Case Studies & Lessons,” on Tuesday, August 8, from noon to 2:15 p.m.
The section will host a networking reception later that day from 7 to 9 p.m., open to all section members and law students. Those who plan on attending should email parks.maryanne@gmail.com.
