Counselor's Corner: Living with inner peace and inner freedom

Fred Cavaiani

Negative words harm the person who speaks them.

Positive words lift up the other person and lift up our own personal self.

Treating someone in a loving manner creates a loving bond between people.

When I am kind and loving, I bring an experience of God to other people.

When I am critical and condemning, I put myself into an emotional and spiritual prison.

Inner peace happens when I take down my emotional walls of resentments.

Inner freedom happens when I calmly stay in the present moment and seek an experience of God.

Agreement with others on how to be kind creates a bond with another and with God.

Love and kindness toward everyone make each moment a divine experience.

The choice to believe in a loving God brings inner peace and inner freedom.

When I remain positive and loving in thoughts, my body relaxes and I experience God.

Freedom is the result of love and kindness. Peace is the result of practicing love and kindness.

Always speak positively. Always stay lovingly in the present moment. Love is in each moment.

Inner freedom and love are very connected.

Inner peace and kindness will always be a connected journey.

Listen and love. Love and listen. Keep it simple and you will be on a glorious journey.

The present moment is always a divine loving experience if I gently embrace this moment.

Inner freedom comes when I don’t linger in the past and I don’t rush to the future.

All I have in life is this present moment so I must allow myself to embrace it with gentle acceptance.

The world and other people do not have to change. So, I must stop focusing on this.

Only I need to change into a more loving, kind, and spiritual person. And this happens now.

The secret of inner peace and internal freedom is the embrace of this moment. It is where God is.

Life is simple and meaningful in this attentiveness and embrace of this moment.

There is so much freedom in not rushing through life.

When I worry about what happens next, I put myself into internal conflict.

When I take time to be internally quiet, life becomes positive and loving.

There is so much freedom in letting go of how other people should be.

Gratefulness brings freedom, peace, and happiness.

Such a joy will result when I am positive and loving.

It is quite an insightful awareness to realize how easy it is to be negative in words and thoughts.

So, I will consciously be positive and loving in thoughts, words, and actions.

Inner peace and inner freedom bring such joy in this present moment. What a blessing.
