Domenicucci named chair of SBM Taxation committee
Alexander G. Domenicucci, a partner in Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn's Tax Department, was elected as Chair of the State Bar of Michigan Taxation Section's Business Entities Committee. His term will last through 2010.
Recognized as a "Rising Star" in Michigan Super Lawyers, Domenicucci counsels individuals and businesses on a wide range of matters involving federal, state and local taxation, focusing on the taxation of partnerships, limited liability companies, S corporations, real estate investment trusts and real estate. He is a member of the Partnerships and LLCs Committee and the Real Estate Committee of the Taxation Section of the American Bar Association. He is also a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts.
Domenicucci earned a J.D., cum laude, from Wayne State University Law School, was Editor-in-Chief of the Wayne Law Review from 1997 to 1998 and is a member of the Order of the Coif. He received a B.B.A. in accounting, with high distinction, from the University of Michigan.
