'Evening of Reflection and Relaxation for Attorneys' offered Oct. 10
Legal News columnist Fred Cavaiani will present "Soothing the Inner Spirit: Nurturing the Attorney§An Evening of Reflection and Relaxation for Attorneys," Sunday, Oct. 10 from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Capuchin Retreat in Washington, Mich.
Attorneys live in an almost continual state of winning or losing. It is a state of tension and battle. Long hours of analyzing how to do what is best for a client or how to prosecute in the best possible manner is the norm.
This is an evening for attorneys and judges to get away from everything and concentrate on themselves, their feelings, their goals, and ideals. This will be an inspiring and relaxing evening where attendees will socialize with other attorneys and reflect in an inspiring manner on their lives. It will be an evening to acquire a renewed sense of motivation and inspiration.
Cavaiani is a LMFT & LLP licensed and family therapist and psychologist. He has worked with many attorneys over past thirty years. He is also a columnist for the Detroit, Oakland County, Macomb County, and Genesee County Legal News editions writing his bi-weekly column, "The Counselor's Corner."
Cavaiani has given many workshops at Capuchin Retreat House in Washington, Michigan, Manresa Jesuit Retreat House in Bloomfield Hills, and the Passionist Retreat House in Detroit. With his programs, Cavaiani helps professionals to make decisions in their work and personal lives so they can become more personally and professionally successful in a very hurried culture.
Cost for the program is $60. To register, contact Rose Ann at Capuchin Retreat, (248) 651-4826. The Capuchin Retreat is located at 62460 Mt. Vernon Rd. in Washington, Mich. For directions, visit www.capretreat.org.
For additional information on the evening, call Cavaiani at (248) 362-3340.
