The 36th District Drug Treatment Court will conduct a graduation ceremony on Thursday, Sept. 30 at 10 a.m. in Courtroom 332. The Honorable Leonia J. Lloyd will be presiding. Offenders report for weekly or monthly status hearings with Judge Lloyd discuss each person's progress or lack of progress in various court ordered programs and are monitored closely for program compliance. Graduated sanctions, including jail time are imposed for noncompliance. Participants who successfully comply with all conditions and satisfy all drug treatment court requirements may have their cases dismissed or closed.
