Jaffe partner Falkenstein named WCBA president

Peter M. Falkenstein, a partner in the Ann Arbor office of Southfield-based Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss, P.C., has been installed as the president of the Washtenaw County Bar Association.
Falkenstein is a member of the firm's intellectual property and litigation practice groups, concentrating in trademark and copyright litigation, licensing, and registration, as well as e-commerce, cyberlaw and general commercial litigation. He is a 1974 graduate of the University of Michigan and a 1988 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Michigan Law School.
Falkenstein is a member of the State Bars of Michigan and New York and a member of the State Bar of Michigan's Character and Fitness Committee (District G Panel).
