ALI-ABA introduces online forms library subscriptions

The American Law Institute-American Bar Association (ALI-ABA) recently announced the launch of ALI-ABA Forms Library Subscriptions, which provide attorneys with online access to legal forms across a variety of practice areas. Attorneys can subscribe to the complete Forms Library, which consists of nearly 2,000 forms, or smaller libraries dedicated to specific practice areas.
ALI-ABA's high-quality forms have always been and remain available for individual purchase online. The new Forms Library Subscriptions combine the forms into more manageable purchase options--at a much lower cost per form.
Individual practice areas in the Forms Library include banking, bankruptcy, corporate law, commercial law, elder law, employee benefits, employment and labor law, environmental law, estate planning, general practice, intellectual property, land use, litigation, real estate, taxation and more. All forms are easily downloadable and editable.
One-year subscriptions can be purchased a la carte for $99 to $299; the entire Forms Library is available for $999 for a one-year subscription. Forms are also one of the many features offered to ALI-ABA Knowledge Portal subscribers.
